  • A young woman with long wavy hair sitting against a dark background, smiling and looking off to the side.

"There aren’t enough words to fully express my appreciation for the joy he fostered and captured!

I’ve had the good fortune to work with Matt from the time my girls were toddlers to today as young adults. He’s always had this magical ability to uncover their personalities and bring out their essences. Matt has a calming presence that makes even the most camera shy feel at ease.”

    - Sally N.

  • A young man standing outdoors among tall grass with his hands in his pockets, looking up towards the sky on a clear day.

“Matt Andrews took our son’s senior photos. We were drawn to his natural candid style.

He was very personable, making the session comfortable for my son who is not particularly at ease in front of the camera. He kept my son in motion during the shoot rather than static posing, which captured my son’s true self. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Our pictures were done within days. We were thrilled with the quality of the final product! We would strongly recommend Matt Andrews photography.”

“What a fun night we had working with Matt! The senior session for my son was a perfect fit and went beyond what we envisioned the experience to be.

Matt is a talented artist with style and vision, and captured the heart and personality of my son. My son said at the end of his session, that Matt truly was the right person for what he wanted to achieve. He felt seen and heard by Matt. Matt is organized and has a very impressive turnaround time as we received the gallery 2 days after the shoot. We are SO happy with the photos, they are exquisite! Matt went above and beyond from beginning to end to provide the best experience possible and he did!”

A Few Helpful Details

Just some friendly answers to questions I hear most often to help you feel relaxed and ready for your senior portrait session.

What should I wear?
Be yourself! No need to match anything specific—choose outfits that feel like you. Bold or simple, colorful or neutral, whatever shows off your personality best.

Do you help choose locations?
Absolutely. I can recommend favorite spots around Lincoln and Omaha, or we can shoot somewhere meaningful to you—whether that’s outdoors or indoors.

Can I bring a change of clothes?
Yes! Both sessions include a wardrobe change so you can show different sides of your style.

What if the weather isn’t great?
If the forecast looks iffy, we’ll check in 12–24 hours before and reschedule if needed so you get the best light and experience possible.

Do you travel to Omaha?
Yes! I shoot in Omaha often. There’s a $50 travel fee for sessions outside of Lincoln.

What if we need to reschedule? Is there a fee?
Life happens, I totally get it. If you need to reschedule, there’s no additional fee. We’ll just find a new date that works for both of us.

Will I get digital files?
Yes! You’ll receive beautifully edited images in a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your favorites.

Do I have to buy prints or albums?
Not at all. I don’t believe in upselling prints or albums. You’re free to choose what you want, and you’ll always have full access to your digital images to print or share however you like.

When will I see my photos?
Your gallery will be ready within 5–7 days after your session.

What if I don’t see a session that fits my needs or budget?
Let’s talk! I’m happy to create a custom option that works for you.

How does the process work?
Start by filling out the contact form. We’ll pick a date, I’ll send an online contract and deposit invoice, and then we’re all set to shoot and have fun. No surprise costs—everything is clear upfront.
